What are the major midwest farm shows where exhibitors display new farming equipment?

Thank you…. We are exhibiting at the state fairs. Have you heard of the Farm Progress Show? It is in Boone, Iowa this year Aug 26-28. I am not familiar with it and have spent the past hour or so fishing around for information. I have found the best way to get good information is through the people in the industry. I appreciate your help.

    All major agriculture states have a state fair where new equipment and ideas can be displayed. That would get you some good coverage. Most have major agriculture equipment shows as well. I would suggest you contact the State Extension Service and/or the State Farm Bureau to get the details of these.

    Dakota fest in South Dakota is a big one also Farmfest in Mitchel, SD is a large one too. Not to mention the South Dakota State fair. Good luck!

    Ohio Farm Science Review at the Molly Caren Center near London Ohio the second weekend in September. This is put on by the OSU ag school.

    I lead a workshop there several years ago-it is huge. Not as huge as Iowa’s Farm Progress Show but still big.
